How do I get my package from Fedex?

Bring the door tag or tracking number and a government-issued photo ID to your pickup location. Give them to the team member and sign for your package . If the address on your government-issued photo ID doesn't match the address on the package label, make sure to bring an alternative ID with a matching address.

Can I pick up a FedEx package if I missed the delivery?

It will be held for pickup as early as the same day of your missed delivery attempt . Packages not picked up within 7 days will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility or shipper. Refer to your door tag for the pickup location and availability.

How many times will FedEx attempt delivery?

How can I request a redelivery? In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper. In case a courier is unable to leave your package, the courier will try to call you to check your availability and attempt the delivery.
