So lets say on a talisman which is a common I get godly on it "Godly +1 crit damage" crit chance etc. Is the godly +1 better than a +1 lets say unpleasant crit chance or crit damage? How does the stuff scale? Is it the same or is the godly crit chance/dmg better?

They're slightly different.

Godly
STR: +1/2/4/7/10
CC: +1/2/2/3/5%
CD: +1/2/3/6/8%
INT: +1/2/2/3/5

Unpleasant
CC: +1/2/3/6/8%
CD: +1/2/2/3/5%
INT: +1/2/2/3/5

So, in terms of intelligence, they are identical. Godly and Unpleasant have critical chance and critical damage flipped, with Godly providing more CD, which is better. Also, Godly gives strength, whereas Unpleasant doesn't. Godly is better than Unpleasant for most circ*mstances.

For high damage builds, I recommend using Itchy on some talismans (I'm currently going Godly/Zealous Common/Uncommon and Itchy Rare/Epic), Godly armor, and Spicy sword. For reference, Godly and Zealous are the same at Common and Uncommon, but Godly gives more CD and STR after that and is thus better at Rare and above).

Hey, I know you!

Different reforges affect different stats. The reason it says (Godly +1) is to show that you get that +1 from the godly reforge. Unpleasant is saying that you get a +1 from the unpleasant reforge. It's basically a way of letting you know what stats are boosted by the reforge.
In short, +1 strength is +1 strength, regardless of which reforge gives that strength stat. With some common reforges the stats are sometimes the same (Zealous and Godly are the same on a common talisman for example) but the stats will be more different at higher tiers.

It's more noticeable on armor/weapons. If you had say an obsidian chestplate (which is 250 defense) and got a titanic reforge, it would say that it grants +265 defense (Titanic +15) to show that of the 265 defense, 15 comes from the reforge.

Does this answer your question?

So itchy has better CD but doesnt have CC, for common/uncommon talismans use godly or zealous (theyre the same) and for rare/epic use godly because it gets better than zealous

That's a yes or no question. The answer is no, Godly's crit damage does not give more than Itchy's crit damage unless Godly has a bigger crit damage number.

1% will be the same for every reforge that has 1%. So common Godly's +1% crit chance, +1% crit damage, +1 strength, and +1 intelligence will be no different from for example common Zealous's +1% crit chance, +1% crit damage, +1 strength, and +1 intelligence. In the case of these 2 reforges they have the exact same stats on common items and will be no different from each other.
