(July 17, 2023, 5:18 pm)The new ownership of the Pinch a Penny on Cross Creek in New Tampa were there for me when my old pool pump failed. They found me a replacement pump that was not only more quiet but will pay for itself in 5-6 years thanks to the energy savings. Their craftsman did a great job with the install and the communications and support with the store was excellent.

I need to call out Jamie, who is absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. She take the time to explain exactly what I should be doing and answers my many questions. I’d be lost without her so early on.

(May 30, 2020, 1:09 pm)The Cross Creek Blvd PAP is simply AMAZING!! I bought a rehab house and the pool was horrendous (see pics)! TJ, the owner personally came out due to its deep shade of emerald. He knew exactly which parts needed replaced, brought the exact amount of chemicals, worked on clearing it and now it looks like this!! I feel terrible for doubting him when he said he could have it clear in 3 days but he did it. He really did it!!
